GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Initial prices of commissions are for personal use only.
The artist has the right to refuse any commission request that they are uncomfortable or incapable of.
Do not use and upload for AI/NFT/cryptocurrency usage or anything alike.
Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
PAYMENT & PRICING
Payments are through Ko-fi using Paypal (USD) only.
For commercial use, the minimum price increase is +100%.
Commercial use: Usage of my work in streaming platforms, promotions, and merchandise.
Price may vary depending on the character design, poses, backgrounds,and other details.
The artist requires at least 50% down payment before sketch and full payment after a rough sketch has been provided.
It is encouraged that the client sends a proof of payment to the artist.
No refunds once paid.
PROCESS AND REVISIONS
The client may contact the artist through Twitter DM, Ko-fi, Instagram or Discord with the ‘Commission Form’(optional) below.
Your request must be stated during the ordering process if you wish for it to be private.
Total price will be given after order is confirmed and ko-fi link will be provided for payment.
Minor revisions will only be accepted before the artist starts with the lineart.
The client is free to request for WIPS at any given time.
The final commissioned piece will include one (1) png with artist watermark and/or (1) png with commission & artist watermark.
Completion of a commission may take a week or up to 4 months or so depending on the requested commission or other circumstances.
The final commissioned piece will be sent through email or google drive link.
COPYRIGHT
The artist reserves the right to sign and/or watermark their own work.
The artist retains all rights to the original work, which includes using the artwork for samples, portfolios, and self-promotion in my social media.
The client is not authorized to remove the watermark & claim the artwork as their own.
The client is not authorized to heavily modify the artwork.
